Honey-Fermented Garlic


Raw, organic garlic is peeled, chopped, and placed in mason jar, and covered with raw, local honey.  They ferment together for 30 days.  The result is a delicious ingredient for cooking, or a powerful plant-based remedy! 


Try it on vegetables, pork, chicken, or salmon for a honey-garlic glaze second to none.
