Elderberry Syrup Mix
Instructions
Simmer the whole bag of mix with 1/2 gallon of water for 1 hour, then strain.
Making small batches of syrup:
Mix any amount of tea one-to-one with honey to make syrup.
Freeze the remaining tea in small batches. When more syrup is needed, warm up the tea, and combine
one-to-one with honey
Making ALL the syrup:
Combine all the tea and honey in a
one-to-one ratio.
use refrigerated syrup within 2 months
use frozen tea within 1 year
